Kitchen.

Warm and welcoming. Timber cabinetry, stone benchtop and backsplash. Chunky shelves. Brass tapware and cabinetry hardware. White plaster pendant lights above island bench. Cream and latte checkerboard tiles in the butlers. Three big skylights overhead. Clay and marble decorative items on the shelves. Rustic timber bar stools. We are going with a caesarstone so we don't have to worry about staining with little boys/family/parties/life.

Fireplace / Living.

Rendered fireplace, chimney and back wall. Swirly irregular tiles across hearth. Built in timber cabinets either side. Tan timber floors. Large French doors and windows across entire back of house. The TV will be placed to one side so it's not the focal point of the room. Giant modular couch - big enough for family of five and can also double as extra bed!

Dining.

Rattan pendant. Exposed rafters overhead. Rustic timber table. I'm hoping I can use my existing vintage dining chairs if they go with the table - we'll find out when it arrives! Big French doors. French laid travertine tiles on small terrace outside. Lots of sunshine will come into this space with the doors being north-facing.

Main bath.

White rustic tiles across all walls. Tile reveal into the window ledge. I love a built in bath as it will be so easy to clean but also love this tiled in look. Brass tapware. Deep stone benchtop. Timber cabinetry. There will be lots of storage in the nice wide drawers. I've opted to have no downlights in any of the bathrooms/powder room and have instead selected a nice soft ceiling mounted light.

Powder room.

Green onyx basin. Vintage mirror. White and mustard checkerboard tiles. Brass tapware. Stone ledge and backspash. I felt confident to go a little bold in here because it's a such a small space - it will be nice surprise for visitors.
